“Open the Door to So Much More: Women’s Health Today"
This program will be presented by Sharla Buza, MPT, PCES, CST, Women’s Health Specialist, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and Lifestyle Fitness Coach.
Join us to learn about challenges women of all ages face that affect our wellness and day-to-day function. Address some of these missing links to improve strength, stability, control and help you become the best version of yourself!
